Partner FAQ
How does referral tracking work?
Every partner gets a unique referral link. When someone signs up via your link, they're attributed to you permanently. We use a 90-day cookie window, so even if they don't sign up immediately, you still get credit.
When do I get paid?
Commissions are calculated at the end of each month and paid out in the first week of the following month. You'll receive a payout summary showing each active referral and their contribution.
Is there a minimum payout threshold?
Yes — the minimum payout is €25. If your commission hasn't reached €25 in a given month, it rolls over to the next month until it does.
Can I be both a TAMtower customer and a partner?
Absolutely. Many of our partners are also customers. You can't refer yourself, but you can refer anyone else in your network — and you'll earn commission on all of them.
