What counts as a credit?
One credit is used each time TAMtower detects a post matching one of your keywords and scores it with AI. You control how many credits you use by setting the number of keywords you monitor and how often we scan.
Which platforms are monitored?
All plans monitor LinkedIn, Reddit, and X for your keywords. There are no platform restrictions on any plan — even the free tier.
What happens when I run out of credits?
Your monitoring pauses until credits reset at the start of the next billing cycle. Paid plans roll over unused credits up to your plan's cap. You can also purchase additional credits at any time from the billing page.
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you get immediate access to the additional credits. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
How does keyword monitoring work?
You set keywords relevant to your business (e.g. "looking for a CRM", "marketing automation tool"). TAMtower scans LinkedIn, Reddit, and X for new posts matching your keywords on your chosen schedule — daily, weekly, or monthly. Each matching post found and scored uses 1 credit.
What integrations are available?
TAMtower sends signal alerts via email. Slack alerts are coming soon. You can also export your signals as CSV at any time.
