Frequently asked questions
What is a credit?
1 credit = 1 company scan or 1 contact check per scan run. Credits are consumed each time TAMtower runs a scan on your behalf — whether that's weekly, monthly, or quarterly. If you run a weekly scan on 200 companies, that costs 200 credits per week, roughly 800 per month.
Do unused credits roll over?
Yes — on all paid plans (Basic, Grow, Expert, Enterprise), unused credits roll over to the following month. On the Free plan, credits reset monthly and do not roll over.
Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?
Absolutely. You can change your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing period.
Which integrations are supported?
Email alerts are available on all plans. Slack, CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot), and sequencer integrations (Outreach, Apollo, Salesloft) are available on the Grow plan and above.
What is the difference between plans?
The main differences are the number of monthly credits, which signals you can access, and which delivery channels are available. The Free plan gives you headcount signals only. Basic adds champion tracking. Grow unlocks all 4 signals plus integrations. Expert and Enterprise scale your credit volume.
